Order
While we do not offer returns, we provide free exchanges for fit-related reasons on domestic orders. You can exchange your item for a different size, a new style, or store credit. If you're exchanging for a different style, we may ask you to cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges must be dropped off with the courier within 14 days of delivery; otherwise, they will be canceled. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
We encourage customers to review our sizing guide before purchasing to help minimize the need for exchanges. As a small team, we don’t absorb the cost of returns or exchanges through pricing or scale.

We do not offer free exchanges for international orders. While international customers are welcome to exchange items for a different size or store credit, Waysyders is unable to cover shipping or customs fees due to the scale of our operations.

Shipping
Each order is discreetly packaged in a plain, waterproof, and recyclable mailer. Inside, you’ll find a reusable branded drawstring tote - perfect for gifting and washing your piece to help extend its life.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Your order will deliver within 5-7 days from the date of your purchase. We are a very small team and appreciate your patience as we prepare your package to ship. Â
Waysyders is only liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged if Route Package Protection was purchased with the order. To file a claim, email hello@waysyders.com or follow the instructions in your Route confirmation email.
Sizing
We decide sizing based on the conclusions of our extensive fit testing. In attempt to keep our sizing “genderless” you may find our sizing differs from that of other brands. By using a diverse range of identities and sizes in our fittings we select fit in accordance to what we consider to be both neutral and accessible.
