Order
We do not offer free returns. We offer free exchanges for fit related reasons. If you would like to exchange for a different product or size email us at hello@waysyders.com. You can also contact us through our connect page. We will be happy to assist you.
We accept most major credit cards.
You can exchange an item for a different size free of cost. When exchanging for a different style we may ask that you pay for return shipping.
We do not currently offer boxed gift wrapping. However, if you're sending a piece as a gift please let us know in the order notes and we can wrap your purchase in soft (ribbon and tissue paper) gift wrapping.

Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Your order will deliver within 5-7 days from the date of your purchase. We are a very small team and appreciate your patience as we prepare your package to ship.
Sizing
We decide sizing based on the conclusions of our extensive fit testing. In attempt to keep our sizing “genderless” you may find our sizing differs from that of other brands. By using a diverse range of identities and sizes in our fittings we select fit in accordance to what we consider to be both neutral and accessible.
